Arizona Diamondbacks

Have only been to Phoenix once to see their only (so far) ballpark, however it was rather an important event, as that was to complete a major milestone of completing visits to all Major League Cities at that time. Needless to say, that was back in 2004 and there have been many more park visits to other cities since then. Actually this trip took over a month to complete and see six ball games.

Other travels made Phoenix a pit stop to see the Cubs for spring training.

Atlanta Braves

Atlanta was one of our first cities to visit and it was not until several years later that we took the plunge and made a goal of seeing all 26 teams (at that time).
Little did we know that another park would be built for the Olympics and then modified for the Braves. Of course we made the trip. There is talk now that another park is on the drawing boards and once again we will be on the road. This could be a first, 3 visits to a city to see 3 different parks.

Baltimore Orioles

Baltimore was a major trip (6 teams) where we went to Camden Yards to see the Orioles play the Yankees. Was not really that impressed with the Ballpark or the city at that time.

Returning years later to see the new park (Camden Yards) near a reworked waterfront area changed the perspective. Have returned several times because of the efforts made.

Boston Red Sox

Yes the park is old, but the history there far outweighs the structure and they continue to modify Fenway to the point of not destroying one great old Ballpark.

The visit here was on our first ball trip away from home (1978), however it was revisited several times and hopefully several more times.

Chicago Cubs

The park here has aged well and the ivy together with the over the road rooftop bleachers remain fixed in your memories..

No wonder a special trip was made back to just attend a tour of the old park.

Chicago White Sox

Cross town neighbor rivals (the Cubs) would like to have the success of the White Sox in these later years.

On our first trip to Chicago the original Comiskey Park was in its last years. The next time a new park was next door with bricks being available for sale from the original.

Cleveland Indians

Entering Cleveland Stadium the first time really did impress one with it`s size.  Like this park was very large and the playing field seemed small in comparison.
Jacob`s Field is almost the opposite where closeness to one another and the playing field created a very favorable place for fans to watch baseball.

Cincinnatti Reds

The park was quite similar to St Louis and as we had seen that the prior day, it was very easy to think that a day had slipped by unknowingly. Back in 1986 uniqueness did not appear to have the same importance.

New park (Great American  Ballpark) has no similarity and is steeped with history, especially for the Pete Rose era.

Colorado Rockies

We took a week off to visit 2 out of the first three games for the Rockies. Very interesting ballpark (Mile High Stadium) that actually floated into position in left field.
The return to Coors Field was a much longer trip, but both visits were memorable.

Detroit Tigers

Living in Windsor, across the border from Detroit allowed many a trip to the very unique Tiger Stadium. Many a night was spent here, trying to view around the columns that supported the upper deck, or feeling that right field stands were over the playing field. Great sports City.

The new Comerica Park preserves a  number of historical statues, as well as a fan-friendly atmosphere. Nice to return to.

Kansas City Royals

Kansas City seemed to be one of the first parks where entertainment outside of ball game was introduced. The fountains provided a different and pleasing effect.

While Kauffman Field is not actually a new park, it is extensively modified. I felt that we actually were in a different location than on our first trip.

Houston Astros

The Astrodome (at least in that era) was very unique and was the first park to have MLB to be played indoors.  It seemed like you were part of history as one walked through the doors.

Minute Maid Park is rather awesome also and the Astros are the latest team to move from the National League to the American League.

Los Angeles Angels

From California, to Anaheim and now LA, this team has covered the region and all the while being at the same location. LA does have a nice ring to it though.
The park is close to Disneyworld, however the team appears to be on a very positive business and winning perspective.

Los Angeles Dodgers

Dodger Stadium is one park that should remain as it is, like Fenway & Wrigley. Walking in or even standing in the center field parking lot raises the goose bumps (excitement level).

Miami Marlins

Joe Robbie Stadium was not designed for baseball and Florida`s summer weather with high humidity never did help the attendance problem, even with two World Series.

Marlin`s Park helps to alleviate park concerns as it is more than acceptable.  It is now a requirement to regain their fan base.

Milwaukee Brewers

The Brewers new park allows for weather disturbances and the Fans help to bring a quite satisying appeal.  Still hard to forget the days of the Braves and Lew Burdette, but then age being quite relavent in can be put on the backburner easily.

Minnesota Twins

The Twins moved from a designed football field to this modern park within the past few years.  Somehow they must turn to whoever controls that weather tap as the climate has not been co-operating during these early years.

Montreal Expos

The demise of the Expos did not turn the new Nationals into Champions, however this year they will be attacking that challenge once again. And in front of a few more Fans.

New York Mets

New Park retains the overhead fly by`s along with the corresponding noise. It is however a superb park that has fans remaining ever loyal.

New York Yankees

This is a LUV them or HATE them team, and those that in the HATE group usually carry a little bit of ENVY.

Oakland Athletics

Only have had a visit once, and that time we were sitting in the parking lot before realizing a double header was occuring inside. Sitting in a section close to the field highlighted the fact the field actually has a dome effect.

Philadelphia Phillies

A certain feeling of closeness to the team helped to bring the excitement out much more than usual.  Team seems to be on a downslide (2015) but knowing Phillie they will be back soon.

Pittsburgh Pirates

Seats in the higher levels give a good picture of the three river area and actually provided good viewing and excitement levels.

Twice smitten by the Padres and the last one an early visit to "Dick`s" watering hole made for an excellent time at the Ballpark.

SeattleMariners

The Majors most northerly park has an excellent fan base and the train whistles during the game make you realize you are in a down town area.

Lately the Cards appear in the Championships every year.  This team draws well from the surrounding areas.

Tampa Bay Rays

Best margaritas of all the parks, as well as Rays that swim in a tank at center field. Fan attendance continues to be lacking, however I kinda like the stadium.

Texas Rangers

Here is where the light bulb turned on, and visits to all Parks from that time on began our journey and goal to attend home games in each of the Ballparks.       The new ballpark has features that mimic many of the prominent ballparks  of our time.

Home Base with many, many visits.  Fortunately this has allowed for viewing not only regular season games, but also the League championships and WORLD SERIES.

Currently the latest expansion team and one that has been actively involved in that never ending task of winning the World Series.
